Ok, have you noticed how everyone is doing "dates" these days? We don’t want anyone to be left out….. so please pray with us for three great opportunities we have to train couples in Great Dates this summer:

1st is NARME (National Association of Relationship and Marriage Education) “Healthy Marriages make Healthy Families” conference in Houston, Texas June 27 - July 1st:

June 27th we will lead a Pre-Conference Certification Workshop on 10 Great Dates. This pre-conference will be translated in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking participants. 

June 28th we will lead a workshop (#132) on 10 Great Dates Before You Say I Do with Peter Larson, President of PREPARE/ENRICH.

2nd opportunity is ACME’s Better Marriages' Fiesta Conference in Albuquerque, NM July 7-10:

July 7th we will lead a Pre-Conference Certification Workshop for all versions of 10 Great Dates Curriculums.

July 8th Master Workshop on our brand new 10 Great Dates to Grow Together Spiritually program. We will lead it with our co-authors Peter Larson, President of PREPARE/ENRICH and his wife Heather. We are very excited about this new resource that has taken us so long to complete.

August 2-6 there is a third conference we’ll be participating in in Milwaukee, WI but more on this conference later.

On Saturday, August 27^th, we will lead a Great Dates for Empty Nesters Seminar at our home church here in Northern Virginia - McLean Bible Church. Lon Solomon is our senior pastor. This is a seminar we will be putting more emphasis on, as there is little for baby boomer couples in the empty nest stage of life.

Thanks so much for praying for us over these summer months as we prepare for and train couples to lead 10 Great Dates in their churches and communities.

Also please pray especially that our new 10 GD to Grow Together Spiritually will be used by the Holy Spirit to bring couples closer together in this critical area of their relationship.
